PATIO DO XISTO is a cosy litle hotel located in a chist VILLAGE, named GONDRAMAZ and has a Traditional Restaurant  with the same name, that cooks the best local meal, named “Chanfana”, made of old goat meat, pottery rosted in a wooden oven.  This meat is so soft that you don´t beleive it´s old goat! With this meal you can taste wines of the best wine regions in Portugal. In this rural and picturesque region you have the most beautiful trails/tracks to do troughout the forest along litle rivers and up and down rugged cliffs. During the Summer you can end your trails relaxing in a chist swimming pool surrounded by the most beautiful wide view, or sitting on the balcony with a glass of sparkling white wine looking the mountain far away changing the colour with the sunset.
