Dream Guincho was born from its owner’s lifetime dream. Built from scratch between Guincho beach sea and serra de Sintra, in the Natural Park Sintra Cascais, it’s a unique and sophisticated place, mid-way from Cascais to Sintra and close to Lisbon, ideal for unwind and relax.
Antonio Castello Branco’s architecture is totally integrated in the landscape, and its construction and operation follow as much as possible sustainability requirements, namely in the no brick building (made only from wood and rock wool) and in the use of renewable energies.
Fusion atelier decorated Dream Guincho into an ideal place to rest & relax, celebrate special moments… or even for remote work.
We have 8 ensuite rooms, where you can read a book on the veranda, rest in the most comfortable bed with 100% cotton sheets, or even work at the desk that you will find there. And also, a living room with a fireplace and another room to gather friends at the table, a snooker and piano room, another just to read and draw, a garden with an outside pool, al fresco terraces, an exercise room, an elevator, great Wi-Fi all over Dream Guincho… and the whole of serra de Sintra and Guincho beach at your doorstep! The whole house can be rented in exclusive use for private or corporate events.

There is no traditional restaurant, but our staff can always prepare something for you, with the home feeling of Portuguese traditional food.
We guarantee an amazing breakfast, freshly prepared and served at the table. Mid-afternoon we will serve homemade cake to enjoy with our selection of teas.
For lunch and at dinner we can always prepare something if ordered in advance, with the home feeling of Portuguese traditional food.
We can provide all sorts of activities with selected partners.
At our premises, we can organize chi kung and yoga classes, massages, hiking, reiki, and healing, a personal trainer for fitness and aqua-pilates.
Outside we can provide sports in the sea (surf, kite surf, windsurf, snorkeling or sailing, …) and on land (horseback riding, climbing, trail walks, mountain biking, golf, tennis or padel), or just book a day at a spa or a table at a restaurant.
Transfers and tours to visit around can also be arranged.
